Maintaining and improving the Port Authority’s online wayfinding manual. This includes additions or changes to the system based on user feedback, as well as a major expansion of the manual to advance the guidelines for digital signage.

Projects in the terminals include signage, information, and map design and development, gauging effectiveness of existing terminal processes, signage, and spaces.
